I WAS A VICTIM OF A MOBILE DEPOST SCAM, I REPORTED THIS TO WELLS FARGO BANK AS INSTRUCTED TO SO AND HAD ALL
OF THE PAPER TO PROVE MY CLAIM, THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND A ACCOUNT I WAS ON AS A CAREGIVER
AND CLOSED BOTH OUR ACCOUNTS WITH OUT NOTICE THESE ACCOUNTS WERE USED FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS ONLY AND WAS NEVER USED FOR MOBILE DEPOSITS NEVER , THE SCAM WAS 5 CHECKS FROM SOCIAL SECURITY FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, THEY WERE DEPOSITED ON THE 16th OF AUGUST AND I FILED A FRAUD AND SCAM REPORT ON THE 17th OF AUGUST ON ALL 5 CHECKS THE CLAIM WAS NOT FILED FOR THE REASONS THEY WERE REPORTED AND MY CLAIM WAS DENIED AND I RECIEVED NO REIMBURSEMENT . THIS BANK WOULD NOT HONOR THERE WORD AND WOULD NOT TAKE ACTION ON THEIR MISTAKES SO I FEEL I SHOULD BE REINBURSED FOR ALL CHARGES AND MONEY FOR SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS THAT WERE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, THERE WAS ALSO A POLICE REPORT SUBMITTED
