My Husband and it have been completely eaten up by Bed Bugs. I reported it immediately to the front desk staff and showed her all of the unsisightghtly bites I could without being inappropriate in the front lobby. We tried switching out all of the bedding after they checked the mattresses to know avail. They have switched us from 135-134 but we have now got to treat all of our belongs and we are due to stay until Tuesday of next week. Now while the staff have been very accommodating but they have fallen short in terms of offering us anything in terms of a credit, refund and or adjustment for our inconvenience and troubles.
