I found a puppy online for 300 and he said he would ship for 250. He guaranteed his word, and once I sent the money he said he was going to take the pup to the shipping place. He text me shortly after and said I needed to pay more money for a ventilated crate, that the one he had wouldn't work. I told him I didn't have any more money to give him, that he could just send my money back since it was more than he originally said. He said he could only send back 350, then blocked my number. I lost $550, plus the puppy, and his ad is still up, he is still selling the same dog to other unknowing people. Do not but from him.
