This company is fradulent, a cover for Chinese company. They sent me the wrong shoes and wrong size. I get zero response from their 'customer service' email: [email protected]
Only do business with them if you want to throw your money away.
Here is note I sent twice by email and once on their online customer service page — 10 days later, still no response.
Today I received a pair of Birkenstocks size 39 from Wang Gang in China. LT156682546CN (USPO tracking number) These arenot the shoes or the size I ordered. I DO NOT WANT THESE SHOES AND THEY DO NOT FIT ANYWAY. There is no indication of how to return these shoes and receive the ones I actually ordered:
Here is what I actually ordered: Size:36/37/38/39/40 - Women's Naot Sophia Royal Blue/Purple/Aquamarine Sandals Outlet Us Online . I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE SHOES.
I ordered size 40. I was charged $76.53 for these shoes.
Please advise or I will place online complaint.
