On the above date my purse was stolen and on the 18th of August my card ending in 6755 was charge $29.95 to this government assisted cell phone service I did not authorize the charges I have reached out to life Wireless and puretalk holdings to no avail they are denying me a supervisors phone number or corporate I've reached out to the Cincinnati Police and PNC Bank they told me if there was a phone number attached to reach out to the company directly for refund and I was met with disrespect and a lack of empathy someone stole my card and used it for a government assisted program falsely that person is being charged criminally but civilly I believe your company should refund me my money to of your reps gave me a ticket number told me I would be refunded I called two and a half weeks later which is today's date to be told I will not be getting a refund and I was disconnected 3 times after being on hold for 45 minutes
