The company, which bills online as Madehealthy.com, is essentially running a phone scam. You are offered a free trial with a cancellation period; you are only charged shipping and handling, and they promise not to charge your card for product if you call within 14 days. I called and said the product did nothing, and I wanted to have a refund and did not want any more deliveries. I was offered an additional 7 days to see if the products would work. I said OK (big mistake) but made it clear that I wanted no continuing charges. I was told that there would be no further charges but to avoid having my card charged for the outrageous $79 and $89 for Garcinia (which you can get at CVS for like $20) and this booster, I would have to call back within the extra period. I did not call back, as I used the product and felt that I made a bad deal, and although the product did not work, I should not get the product for free. Then they charged me for the trial shipment, which was OK. Then they sent me another shipment, which I returned. I was given no credit. I probably would have forgotten about it, but I was alerted by my credit card company of potential fraud, because two more charges went through. That is when I called the company to protest the unauthorized charges and shipments. After almost 30 minutes on the phone, I was offered a 70% refund for the recent charges (a 30% restocking fee? ) and nothing for the prior charges. I escalated the matter and spoke to a supervisor who also put in a complaint, allegedly, within the company. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but my advice is, do not order anything from them on the phone or otherwise.
