I had a dispute because someone debited my money and shouldn't have. I filled out dispute and rushcard was going to send me a new card. I was to be issued a provisional credit on September 12 2016. That date changed to September 15 2016. I received the card and tushcard wouldn't let me activate the card in order to get my money they suspended my account and told me they would issue a check by mail. Last week I called they were sending the same check and I would have it in 7-10 business day I tried to make a payment using my bank information and they denied it saying they couldn't locate the account. So this morning I called again and they said they would send a check in 7-10 business days plus they have since charged me the monthly fee and I've not had access this entire month. I would like to get my 180.00 that rushcard is scamming me out of. I switched jobs and could not set up direct deposit because they decided to cancel my account after they put my money in my account. They really have bad business dealings and I always have to keep track of my account with them. I just want my money back asap this is truly an inconvenience when I have bills to pay.
