I purchased a massager through Groupon Store Bortzone. It took over a month to arrive and when it came, it was non-functioning. I contacted them through the Groupon process, but the only way they will send me a new unit is to send the one they sent me back. They will not assist with the shipping. I offered to send them a video proving it was nonfunctioning and they replied that it was "protocol" to have the unit back. The shipping costs more than the item did. If I pay the shipping, I have more than doubled my cost and still do not have a functioning unit. So at this point, Bortzone has basically stolen $37.95 from me by taking my money and sending me crap!
