i am buying a car from a car lot who was put out of business for not properly filing and kepping paper work. I started buying the car on July 4th 2015 I had contact with the person up until Jan 2016 after January I had found out they were no longer allowed to sells cars since around the time I started buying my car. I contacted the person personally to find out what we can do about my car. dealer did not contact me back until April 2016 and only for me to provide payment to get tags for car. I have not had contact with dealer since April. dealer has been inconsistent with Conant or even contacted about payments. I need to find out what I can do about the car mentioned either providing the car back and receiving a refund or receiving a title to the car.
