I communicated with Quzhou Kingsoon Import & Export Co., Ltd. regarding the injection molding of a new consumer product. I visited their factory and discussed the project in person with them, then paid $4995 for the molds and a set of 30 injection molded samples of a design that they confirmed.
As agreed to and detailed on the proforma invoice, three different elastomers should have been used to make the samples (ten moldings for each material.)

The company failed to deliver any samples, and failed to attempt fabrication with every material specified and included on the proforma invoice. The company failed to supply any proof that they had purchased the material in question, (BASF Elastollan 35A.)
Larry Yuan (the company C.E.O and primary contact person) refused to offer any refund for failure to deliver - instead blaming the product design which they had assured me they could produce.

Months after failing to produce a functional sample, I requested that they send the mold to my company premises.
Upon inspection, it was discovered that the workmanship was of the lowest quality - far below any standard which might result in successful moldings.
Larry Yuan ignores emails requesting a refund.
