I got to know Nexus capital market through their principal representative in Nigeria Mr Maranzu Ugochukwu. who Introduced there banking services to me in September 2015, And offered to provide me with $ 10ml USD through an investor.. The investment was to come as debt and equity investment and my line of business is in Beer breweries and beverage.
they requested for my Business profile, offer letter, Use of proceed and many more, all were sent to them. After due study , they opened a discussion line with me and told me that investors are looking at my offer and they are very excited and willing to invest in my company which they dubbed, " fast moving consumable goods" . For them to commence interaction, I need to study how they operate, their history etc. And they said that it would take minimum of 4 months and maximum of 6 months to seal and have investors .They charged me .$50,000 to get me the above investment. They hurried me to pay and from 10 December 2015 to January, I had paid them $ 50,000.
Now , after the payments they went into all kinds of unimaginable questions and analysis, Projections and all. They continued turning me up and down . I flew to New York with last money I had . There they dribbled me from one end to another.
I returned back after I could not afford to change my ticket any longer. Then it done on me they have no Iinvestors for me . I requested for my $ 50,000 . They said is not refundable.
They gave me a deadline to deliver and up to date failed to deliver a dollar , they are not refunding me. want me to loose a whooping $50.000.? Asking me to wait until which ever year they are able to find an investor.
Now am completely out of business, heavily indebted to my local bank , can't feed my children, and can't pay their tution fees .
They aught to pay me with interest , but all am asking is a refund of what I have given them so that I can survive the hardship in my country now.
