Ordered a gorgeous pair of Birkenstocks through this company who were advertising under www.salesflipflop.co.uk. No order confirmation email, only an email saying they were on their way with a tracking number that I could monitor (which I couldn't!). Birkenstocks actually arrived but bore no resemblance whatsoever to the ones I had ordered. I want to return these and get a refund, but no way of contacting company as website won't now open. $112 AUS for something I don't even want. Something needs to be done about this company.
