I ordered a "free" sample of Garcinia Slim on 09/06/16 for $4.95 shipping. On 09/20/16, my bank account was charged $89.31.
I immediately called the phone number on container, 877-743-9170. This is a 3rd party company, not the vendor; and was told my 14 days to cancel had expired the day before. I said 6 and 14 is 20, not 19. The agent, with heavy accent, said the 6th is the 1st day. But, agreed after some accusations of deceptive marketing to issue me a refund. The refund was 1/2 of the $89.31 charged, so I called again. "Nell" answered and after a lot of my threats to expose their scams agreed to issue me a 75% refund plus a voucher for use in any store. I have yet to receive voucher in email and not sure if the 25% refund will appear in 2-5 days. They purposely expect sampler to not read conditions and charge outrageous prices for their products.
