Before placing an order for curtains i contacted consumer live chat about dimensions of the product. After months of the product not arriving and me calling to ask about it, i finally received it. the dimensions i was told were wrong. So i called and was told to send the item back for a full 100% refund as BTR credit. They only refunded me part of the money. I decided to let it go. I placed a NEW order. They cancelled that order and didn't tell me. I called and complained. They sited a system failure. They order would no longer be available. After 2 hours of asking to speak to a manager i was handed off to a supervisor. They gave me an extra $25 plus the rest of the total from before. but at this point I really wanted my money back as i have lost faith in the company to provide me with my orders. They refuse to give me my money back. So upon having no other choice I took the credits which i was told would be safe. Last week I tried to use my credits and they are gone. Again i contacted the company and demanded to know what was going on. AGain I was given the run around. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told one would call me by Monday. Its now Thursday and i haven't heard back. My credits are not back either. So ONCE AGAIN i contacted them. I am being refused to speak to a manager. My credits are not back onto my account. I am told i have to speak to a manager to get answers, yet they will not actually let me speak to one. So far I have dealt with a Johnny, a Tony and now today a Sara. Sara has just hung up on me. A manager named April is supposed to contact me by the end of the day. I am so unimpressed and don't believe a thing this company says. All i want is to have my money back into my bank account. It may not seem like a lot of money, but as a single income military family making less then $60 000 a year posted to Alberta this money is actually quite a lot for us. IT was the only money we had to buy curtains for our place.
