I ordered free trial for Neuphoric Ageless Face Complex. Online it said $1.99 for shipping, but end up being charged $4.99. Along with shipment, I also received another box, Reawaken Eye Cream and charged $3.99 for shipping. I called and told the person I did not order the one product. He said online I probably did not opt. out for this product. I told him I did. Needless to say I am not getting a refund .I also told him I did not want anymore of this product. He said my trial date was over Oct. 1, so I would have to call back on the 29th or 30th to cancel. If I cancelled now, I would have to ship the products back to them and pay for shipping. The company will be blocked from taking anymore money from my account.
