when on your computer, you get a pop up saying you have a serious problem and to call the number indicated. You also hear a loud woman's voice saying to call the number. When you call and ask the person what company they are working for they give you credentials they have, they give you that they are support, they give you the run around. This company is a complete fraud as they ask for control of your computer disable things or add a virus and then tell you that it will cost you to fix it - run run far and fast from this company. Don't let them rip you off
