I received a couple letters saying that I owe $19 and just today I received a letter saying I owe $19 + $3.40 interest on some documents she said was free. This is clearly a scam and what she is doing is illegal. I don't know if her real name is Aweena del Pozzo but what she is doing is a scam because she does not inform people of this $19 before they send in this letter. She tells you she will help you for FREE.
