I found the Scam Book website when checking to see if FrontPageTickets was legit. There were complaints, but there were also some good reviews. I decided to buy tickets to a concert as the prices did not appear to be too far out of line.
Well, they got me. First off, the heading for the tickets mentioned CENTER section, but ended up being on the side, which of course is a much lower price point and close to an obstructed view.
Second, the $16 per ticket service fee does not show up in the summary total until AFTER you buy.
I understand FPT.com is a front for other sites, so in my case FanFareTix.com was probably responsible for the false advertising, but FPT.com did hide the fees until the tickets were purchased.
I would recommend people stay away from this site.
