I AM ATTEMPTING TO STOP PREVIO;US CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD AND HAVE REFUNDED 20.48. WHATEVER THE PRODUCT WAS I NEVER INSTALLED AND WILL NEVER USE. REQUEST TO REFUND 20.48 AND CEASE MAKING FURTHER DEDUCTIONS.
