I recieved a winning notice in the amount of 10,000 dollars. I recieved a email from publishers Clearing House that I recieved the winning message by mistake. And they notified me that there will be no payout to me. They continue to say that it was a mistake and the actual winner was in San Jose California . The date of the winning message was 9/17/2016
