I ordered sandals on 4/sep/16 from a website called allroundtranslations.co.uk whose home page has the title banner which calls itself, confusingly, christophergarywells.co.uk. They were offered in GBP. when the receipt was emailed to me it was from [email protected] and YQ-premium2sale appeared on the card statement. but they have deducted an extra £5 or so and my card company has also charged me a £2 exchange rate fee.
So I checked and allroundtranslations.co.uk is linked to a Bristol based translation company in their privacy and cookie policy page http://www.alrbs.com/privacystatement
in the web site definition paragraph. the company claims to be based at

christophergarywells.co.uk does not exist.
none of these people has responded to my emails asking why, two weeks after placing my order, I have:
*not yet received sandals when 167 were supposedly in stock
*been charged exchange rate fees for a UK company with pricing and my payment all in GBP.
I have reported this to my card company and am awaiting their response. much longer and I will report it as fraud.
Update: 09/18/2016
The invoice uploaded here was for 63.75 GBP. My card was actually charged 68.20 and a non-sterling fee of 2.04
