I made a purchase order of $999.95 on 14th of September and received a mail saying license file will be created. But after 2 days also, I haven't received any mail from them. I have written the around 7 mails and haven't received a single reply from them.
I feel that kakasoft has cheat me.
I feel like it's totally a SCAM.
Please take some action regarding this.
