I went to their Website from google search and submitted my name and phone for an inquiry on how to get assessed for a Canadian Visa. A day later, I got a call from an agent Catherine Collins. She somehow convinced me to pay $811 for legal fees for a Visa Assessment and she created a log-in for me on their website. She told me that I need to review all the details of my application online, upload my photo and CV and then submit the application for assessment. When the call ended, I searched online for the company reviews and that's when I saw that the company is a fraud. When my shift was over, I called their number and spoke to a guy named Harrold and I told him that I will not continue my application and would like a refund for the money I paid via CC. He said he will forward to Financial Department. To my surprise, a few hours later, I received an email saying that my application has been received and will now be assessed when it fact I did not submit my application. Just now I spoke with some guy named Dan Davis about this and I told him that I will not pursue the application and I need a refund. He argued that my application has been submitted which is a surprise and we ended up arguing about this. Finally, he will forward this to some quality control to check the recording which is a lot of crap. This is a shady company, do not transact with them and do not give out your CC information.
