They stated that an email account was set up in a name I did not know with an address and zip code that I did not know that did not match my card and they still charged the card then said they would reverse the charges and here it is 10 days later and still no money returned, they also told me that they were going to send me an email with the information that was used to make the transaction and I have not received that email either. If anyone from this company reads this, my email is [email protected] and the last 4 of the card that was used was 8413. I would like some answers soon I would think that in 10 days I should have heard something by now, specially when both reps I talked with said I would receive and email with the information that day.
