My policy was cancelled for nsf in august. My outstanding balance owed was for $441.00. I gave them my visa card number to pay out the balance because I need to get insurance for my home and car, but other insurance companies need proof of payout, As of today Sept 13 they still have not taken out the funds,I called them to ask if there was a problem with the visa number and I was told that they curired the number to their head office and it would take more time to process it. So I am unable to get new insurance due to there stalling tactics or what ever they are trying to do. I was a customer with them for over 18 years and have been effected by the Ft Mac wild fires which casused the lack of funds issue.
