Costco Online advertised a King Canada 5-ton Log Splitter in their Sept/Oct flyer for $249.99 (Delivered) Search #King0914. When I attempted to place the order the item came up at $262.49 which is the Delivered price plus 5%. This Sirs or Madam is in contrivention of the stated delivered price. A good number of items in the flyer do not reflect any conditions with the stated price so one must assume that GST and delivery cost will apply. I did talk to Costco customer service about their advertising practices who felt that my opinion didn't warrant any further concideration. Please review my concern and help me understand if I have any rights with Costco on this matter.
