This club did not cancel my membership as I requested. I was told to send a certified letter, so I did. I just got a statement from a collection agency. It seems that they kept my membership open, even after I sent the letter. Now they are saying "Oh, you needed to cancel online". This company is doing this repeatedly to multiple, multiple people. It is unacceptable.
