I signed up for the 7- Day Free Trial, I tried cancelling the trial but it kept saying unable to or it wouldn't let me. So I kept trying but it still didn't cancel it. By the time of the deadline I was charged $99.99. After I still kept trying to cancel it but it wouldn't work. Until one day it did. But I was still charged $99.99. I have emailed them but they haven't replied and they don't have any other contact information. I really need this refund!!
