Went through drive thru this morning, ordered a number 5, paid $6.25 and pull up to next window. This guy dressed in black said this is you order they just wrapped it in a different wrapper. I responded with that's ok. Pull out went around the block and discovered that the hash browns were not in the bag. Went back to Mc Donalds parked and went in, this nice young lady asked could she help me? I told her I was missing the hash browns, as soon as I said that this guy in black told the young girl oh she didn't order hash browns but just give her some anyway and proceeded to walk away. I asked the young girl shouldn't I have gotten hash browns with my order without ordering them separately? she responded by saying yes they come with the meal. My question is why did this guy treat me like I was begging for hash browns, My salary is in the six figures and I just wanted my hash browns.
NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I wanted nothing free!!!
