I purchased the $1.98 report and my credit card was charged $14.99 and $1.98. The report did not include the service history as the site claims they provide.
I called the 1-800 number on the Home Page for 100% Guarantee and the operator directed me to another number. I called it and the operator there gave me another number to call and it was a wrong number. I called the 2nd number back to request a refund. We'll see if I get it or not.
