I was purchasing a chow chow puppy from a Seller name Jerry Hopes but when they gave me a transfer of ownership I realize the name was this issuer. Then I realize i got scram because the company that their is part of force me to buy vaccine and special travel crate for the puppy what worst they made a pit stop at some random location in new mexico. They will refuse to tell me the location address and the department or agency that is requesting money for pet life insurance. I being a idiot still fell of their antic pony but then while traveling across from Mohave county lines into California, they want to charge me for pet transportation! I had enough I call the Mohave sheriffs and animal control regarding possible fee for transfer for animal they said no. I have request numerous time for company tax-id and their business license. They will basically not answer my question. They threaten me with legal action because I am "abusing and abandon the puppy" which is false because I am not even sure if there was a puppy to begin with. I call the police of my city and inform me to get the puppy and not pay anymore. The police department even contact the company this man is part of and they refuse to speak with them. Please be careful.
