was charged aug 1 of 2 consecutive transaction as follows $10 & $60.I do not how it happen since I never know Skrill.com. I already submitted complaint to my credit card owner and asking an investigation.I will also bring this matter to National Bureau of Investigation Manila , Phils (where my relatives are working ) if the money that was charged to me is not returned within 15days from to day Sept 6,2016 . Is this a SCAM?
