I (Michael Acorn) went home for my daughter's eye surgery and I got a phone call saying that I was too hard on the trucks and that he (Tal Talibi) did not have a place for me. While he was telling me (Michael Acorn), "Doc" (owner) was moving a NEW employee into my room in camp. I found this information out by my roommate at the time. Before I went home to Prince Edward Island I worked 104 days. I went April 28, 2016 to Aug 4, 2016.

I called him on Aug 4th to ask if I should leave my personal effects and he said yes that I had a job to come back to. On Aug 17th I got a call saying he did not have a spot for me. I and quote I broke rad hose, two wheel seals and the starter went on the 2011 Western Star which has 800k KM on it. It was deemed as no driver fault even though Tal Talibi the owner of Olympic Transport is accusing me of driver abuse. I have talked to the many mechanics that he has had over the span of 3.5 months and they all agree it is not driver abuse.

Tal Talibi now does NOT want to send my personal effects home, even though he said it was okay to leave them. "Doc" does not like when his employees stand up for themselves not in a abuse manner but in a manner in which they believe in their rights. He can bully people in to what he wants.
