I had a fire at my home. I lost everything I filed a claim with my insurance company AAA They gave me living expenses for 6 months $18k my adjuster was in contact daily with AAAs adjuster After going through a deposition 4 moths later i received. A lette from AAA declining my claim. Reason being. My adjuster didnt give itemized records of my damages and losses within 60 days. Even thought from December to Febuary I know for a fact. That they were both in daily cintact and both had went along with myself to my burt home.
