I ordered a trial sample of a product advertised endlessly on AOL and Youtube. A trial arrived WITHOUT any paperwork or contact information. That was two weeks ago.
Today I was charged for TWO products I DID NOT order and billed $198.00!
Unlike the comment left beneath another complaint, I beg to differ with you - there was NO PAPERWORK included with the sample. I could not return anything because no contact information or invoice was included.
I attempted to resolve this issue through Paypal (who they billed) and have been unable since no contact information exists for the venders. Right now, it's two separate drop-ship entities. One in Utah and another in Arizona. I have sent the corporate entity - Encante Skin Care - and email and have yet to receive any kind of response.
I am contacting the Arizona Attorney General concerning all three companies - the parent and the two subsidiary/affiliate companies.
It is a shame Christie Brinkley uses her image and name to promote such shameless scamming. :(
