I sent Frederic Faberbe, a $29.00 check on Aug. 1st to activate my powerball numbers! I received a letter today that they never received it. Today is Sept.3rd & I sent him another check for $29. & wrote a note never to get in touch with me again! I felt today that I was scammed & looked up his name to find their have been other complaints about him & The International Spiritual Society in Buffalo N.Y!
