I ordered what I thought was a trial size of a beard product from this company. The ad was for 4.95 plus 1.95 for insurance. on 8/29/2016 my credit card was charged 89.99 (ref: FINESTTUBBLECREW.CUS 877-578-3344 and 8/30/2016 they charged my credit card 88.99(ref:HEALTHYGUYNOW.COM 877-805-6733.. When I called, today I talked to Ruchard he told me that the productS I ordered was subject to a 14 day trial in which they would charge my card the 88.99 & 88.99 and continue to send me a monthly supply. I explained that I did not recall signing up for this, he explained it was in the terms and conditions. I requested a refund and was told he could cancel the subscription but it was non-refundable. I explained that this was a scam, and he hung up on me. I called back and talked to Thomas who explained that the subscription had been cancelled/ and returned and that I could send the products back and they would issue a partial refund which is less a 9.95 restock fee per item (X2) so, that means sending the product back - I am still our of 4.95 x2 + 1.95+ 9.95 x2 = $31.75. This is a terrible scam!!!! Not to mention, the fact they only have a post office box for returns.
