I want to the sprint store because my phone would not ring when some of the calls came in. it would go to the voice mail. other time it wouldn't ring. i am setting in the sprint store as i type this complaint. i arrived at 10:40 and was told it would take 45 minutes. at the 35 minute mark the rep told me it would be 1 hour 45 minutes. at the 1 hour and 45 minute i asked about my phone and was told that they just started on it. it is now 2 hours and the sale rep said it may be longer. this is poor business. if i ran my business this way i would be out of business. by the way i have been with sprint over 15 years... fire the whole group of employees at this store.
