An advertisement was put on Facebook that M&S were giving away free samples. I clicked on it and realised immediately that it was nothing to do with M&S. I requested one of the "free" samples offered and was then charged $4.79 for postage and packing. I thought that was the end of the matter until I checked my band account for August and saw that another $89 had been taken. I used my credit card for the original transaction, so I don't understand how they obtain the details of my bank account, which I never divulge on the internet.
