I signed up for a free trial to build a resume for my grandson. It was to be only 1.98 for the first 14 days. Only minutes later I got an email alert saying they had taken 1.98, .98 and 10.30 off my credit card. . Mind you I had already cancelled only minutes after I accepted the offer after reading the reviews.
I have sent them several emails and I am hoping to be refunded my money by tomorrow and a cancellation of service was submitted.
Money was taken without my authorization.
