Ordered 3 pairs of Birkenstock sandals online. It showed as THESOCKGALLERY SHANGHAI on my invoice. I followed up to understand why Birkenstock is not shown: no valid response. I received the items today finding them in poor fabrication, phony material and very different what I have seen in local stores. Have inquired to make a return - waiting on their response.
