this is a recording that keeps saying its an urgent legal matter and for me to call them. i'v gotten similar ones saying they are from the FBI or the IRS or some attorney's office regarding a real estate matter or something similar. this is most definitely a scam!! matters of this sort will be sent to you via mail, not over the phone! just block the number
