Do not trust this site PARISNICEVACATIONS.COM or PARISNICEVACATIONS.NET they are SCAMMERS and will keep your security deposit for any little thing. The pictures are very deceiving and the unit has a bad COCHROACH infestation issue. They kept our security deposit of $875 because the old key the provided broke inside the lock because the owner was too cheap to buy new keys and lock it was very old and claimed it costed 2300 euros to change it. DOnt trust Ralph Moorhouse or Karen Moorhouse they are old SCAMMERS, they may seem like nice people but are evil a$$holes. Also, dont trust there host Jean Chouzenoux either as he assured us that we will not be billed for the replacement of the lock because its a wear and tear item and maintenance issue, but when we arrived back home to our country we got email saying they are keeping our deposit. Dont trust these liars, they make you book online at bookingsync.com and pay the security deposit with paypal.com so you cannot reverse the charge with paypal, they know what they are doing and will find any little thing to keep your money. Also we should have been told about the on going cochroach issue in the building, we woke up to take a shower with dead cochroach in the shower, and also dead cochroach in my shoes the other night, this place looks nice from the photos but is absolutely disgusting and infested with cochroaches, save the headache and find another place to book, these people are evil liars and will do anything to keep your Security Deposit.
