This odd number called me 5 times today- when I finally answered, he said he was from "The federal Government Crimes Division and that I was selected to receive a one $9,000 payment that I would never have to pay back." At that time I told him wasn't interested, and then blocked his number from my phone. In addition, he was very difficult to understand and I had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times.
