I called to order a dvd set on a commercial one night, the people answering the phones, took my info for the dvd set sold through Time Life, I received my product, but for 6 months was charged $19.99 a month for a product I didnt order. I have been trying for over a year to get my money back. Dave in comsumers affairs, who handled this complaint for over a year, first said there was papers he had to send me to fill out, to get my money back, those papers never came, then Dave said he would refund my money on my credit card , but I would have to wait for my next statement before I would receive the refund, it never showed up....and then Dave said when I called back AGAIN, that he was sending me the cheques in the mail. Quess what, those never came either, and when I spoke to him AGAIN, Dave said he tried every way to get my money back to me but I must of gave him the wrong address ....are you kidding me. Now when I call, he hangs up on me.
Not only did I pay $80.00 for the dvd set that I ordered through Time Life, I am out $300.00 for some vacation coupons if you travel in the U.S.A. ....but I do not travel for vacation in the U.S.A. and I did not ask for these coupons. When I ordered the dvd set through Timelife, who used this company, but no longer ( I wonder Why....) This product has cost me $380.00....instead. TimeLife feels they have done nothing wrong, but I feel since they used this markeplace centre calling to take their orders, and this is how they got my credit card, someone needs to be held accountable. I am out $300.00 for a product
that, oh and by the way, I live in canada and find out later that this company cannot sent any product to canada, but I am suppose to have received these coupons.....what a scam,,,,,I just called again,,,,,and the phone number you call gets disconnected. GREAT

Now What....time life says they did their job and sent me the product, but they are not responsible for the marketing people who took my credit card and charged me for their coupons, which I could not use.

Unreal, to what people will do to get your money.


Do not order anything on television through TimeLife.
You just may go through what I just did, and almost
two years later, I am still trying to get my money back.

Shame on this company Megafun and WC *Mon saving central. Its both companies that charged my credit card for 6 months of $19.99 usa fund each, but I received nothing.
