They claim that they will assist you with a homework question for a fee that is in the amount of approximately a $20 amazon gift card. The page directs you to the amazon gift card purchase and you are suppossed to receive an answer to your question. I received nothing. I emailed the email listed on their webpage (2 different email addresses), and received a return email that my own was undeliverable. As if the email account does not even exist.
