I ordered free samples from this place and was told that I would be charged $11.96. I was OK with this. I received the items and now am receiving another moisture cream and they are billing my mastercard account. I did not order anything but the FREE samples that they were advertising through Canadian Coupons. I only receive my statement from my mastercard company once a month and already approx. $500. Canadian has been taken out of the account. I do not know how to retrieve this!!
