I made a loan in the amount of $200 with an interest of $87. Biweekly payments were directly taken out of my account and have been for over a year now in the total of $3,045.00 when the total loan was only $287.00. I have signed onto the website and my account and the total balance showing remains at $287.00.

I have called and unable to locate anyone and I have filed a question/complaint on their website with no success. I have to now file papers with my bank to stop this payment and may have to close my account (which I have had for 18 years) and open a new one just to stop this transaction completely.
