My daughter has been playing Wizard101 happily since she's 13 she has asked burgers and absolutely loves the game. She is now 19 and her account was hacked. She had to start over with a new account and the hacker contacted her and said if you provide me your financial information he would give her her account back. She does not understand Visa or financing very well helped herself to my card and my account was charged $29 and $.50. She did not get her account back or get anything for it except for some trouble from helping herself to my visa check card! I cannot find a phone number to report this guy that bullied her into giving her information out I'm very disappointed that her account was hacked to begin with all she wants is to be able to have her old game that she worked on for over five years back
