I received a telephone call from 213-590-8740 the individual said I can reach her on the 8743 number and that they were from the Internal Revenue Service. The call came to my phone. No name or id on the call. They said a warrant was being issued for my arrest. But I never gave them my name and the call last a about two minutes. I hung up and called the number and a man answered and he had a strong accent.
